Fetal Fiend item
Fetal Fiend is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+1.5 damage.
Empties all Red Heart containers.
Adds Immoral Hearts equal to half of the amount of Isaac's Red Hearts.
Converts Isaac's other types of hearts to Immoral Hearts.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Beast as Fiend.
