Lil Minx is a familiar in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that loosely follows Isaac around the room.

While Isaac is shooting, the familiar will automatically charge onto the nearest enemy, continuing in a straight line. He can charge in any direction, dealing 3.5 contact damage.

The familiar can damage the same enemy only once by charging.

Double-tapping a fire button will cause the familiar to possess the nearest enemy, entering its body and applying a Berserk effect.

Enemies under the Berserk effect turn bright red, and appear with a red mark over their head.

Berserked enemies cannot be killed, unless they are the last enemy alive in the room.

Berserked enemies are 25% faster.

Berserked enemies receive 50% more damage from any source, and deal a full heart of damage to Isaac. They can also deal damage to other enemies (both contact and projectile damage), increased by 50% of their usual amount.

Even enemies that don't normally deal contact damage will be able to deal contact damage to other enemies, but not to Isaac.

The familiar will remain in the enemy's body until a fire button is double-pressed again, after which it will exit, and shoot out 7 spectral tears in the double-tap direction that deal 3.5 damage to enemies.

Bosses and mini-bosses can be possessed as well.
