Eternal D12 is an unlockable active item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Has a chance to either reroll all grid entities in the room, or remove them.
The item switches between having 2 charges and 1 charge. The version with 2 charges has a 66.66% chance to reroll, while the version with 1 charge has a 33.33% chance to do so.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mother as Golem.
