The Devil's Harvest is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+1 Extra Life.

Upon dying, Isaac will respawn as Fiend in the previous room, with 2 Black Hearts and 1 Immoral Heart.

If playing as Tainted Fiend, it will revive as that character instead, with only 2 Black Hearts.

Defeat Mother as Fiend.
