Fool's Gold trinket
Fool's Gold is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants a luck-based chance to replace the room clear reward with a 
Cursed Penny. The chance starts at 6.67% with 0 luck, and goes up to 100% with 14 luck.
Sets the chance to replace any coin drop with a Cursed Penny to a minimum of 20%.
