Golden Frog Head is an unlockable active item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Holding down the active item button will turn Isaac into a frog, and make him vibrate in place as long as the button is held down. During this phase, Isaac cannot move.

Letting go of the button makes Isaac fart, with the intensity of the effect being stronger depending on how long the button was held.

There are 4 different farts that can happen based on time held. Some of them include the Butter Bean fart that deals 5 damage to enemies.
• 0.33 seconds - smoke cloud, purely visual effect.
• 1 second - Butter Bean fart with a radius of 280.
• 2.66 seconds - normal fart with a radius of 80, and a Butter Bean fart with a radius of 280. Applies poison to enemies.
• 5 seconds - 9 normal farts in quick succession with a radius of 80, and a Butter Bean fart with a radius of 280. Applies poison to enemies.
