Golden Plum Flute is an active item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Summons Golden Baby Plum to fight for Isaac in the current room for 10 seconds.

The familiar will twirl, slam, then spit golden shots and bounce around the room.

The familiar deals 12 contact damage per tick (36 per second), 3.5 per shot, and 8 per tick with her creep. The shots fired while bouncing around the room deal random damage that varies around 3-4.

The slam attack sends out 10 coin projectiles that spawn a penny upon hitting an enemy.

Can be obtained by not hurting Golden Baby Plum for about half a minute during a boss fight against her.

This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.
