Pet Peeve is a familiar in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a spike block familiar that randomly slides around the room, blocks projectiles, and deals 3 damage per tick (12.86 per second).

Double-tapping a fire button will cause the familiar to quickly charge in the chosen direction until hitting a wall or an obstacle, where they will stop moving for 2 seconds before resuming.

If the familiar crushes an enemy into a wall while charging, they will receive 15 damage.

The charging direction can be changed mid-charge by double-tapping a different button.

The familiar can destroy poops while charging.

The familiar can float over pits.
