Sharp Penny trinket
Sharp Penny is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Picking up a coin has a chance to hurt Isaac without affecting his health, similar to Dull Razor.
The chance for the effect to trigger is based on the coin's value, using the formula 1 - 0.83 ^ CoinValue, which is equal to 16.67% for a regular
Penny.
