Eternal Car Battery is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Causes active items to activate 4-6 times when used, but have a 50% chance to disappear instead.

Some active items that otherwise have no effect when doubled will still have their effects attempted to be duplicated by the trinket, thus having a chance to delete the item.

Single use items can also be duplicated.

Does not affect items in Isaac's pocket item slot.

The following items are not affected by the trinket:
• Damocles
• Empty Book
• Esau Jr.
• Genesis
• Mama Mega!
• Mystery Gift
• Eternal D12
• Dusty D10
