Shredder is an active item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Converts every item pedestal in the room into 6-8 random pickups, with 2 of them guaranteed to be a card and a trinket.

The types of pickups spawned can vary based on the current room's item pool:
• Angel Room: guaranteed Eternal Heart and Holy Card.
• Devil Room: guaranteed Black Heart and Joker.
• Curse Room: guaranteed Rotten Heart and 2 pills instead of a card.
• Secret Room (including Super Secret and Ultra Secret rooms): guaranteed Bone Heart.
• Planetarium: 2 runes instead of a card.
• Ultra Secret Room: 2 Cracked Keys instead of a card.

Can be used on items that are held above Isaac's head, i.e. when the pickup animation is still playing.
