Slippy's Heart is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Standing near enemies makes Isaac flash red, and has a luck-based chance to make him fart.

There are 4 different farts that can happen. Some of them include the Butter Bean fart that deals 5 damage to enemies.
• 49.18% - normal fart with a radius of 80, and a Butter Bean fart with a radius of 280. Applies poison to enemies.
• 32.79% - Butter Bean fart with a radius of 280.
• 16.39% - smoke cloud, purely visual effect.
• 1.63% - 9 normal farts in quick succession with a radius of 80, and a Butter Bean fart with a radius of 280. Applies poison to enemies.
