The Brown Horn is an active item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Causes all enemies to unleash a poop laser that violently pushes them away from Isaac whilst spawning Dirty Mind dips, and slippery brown creep on the ground.

The laser deals 2.5 damage per tick. It's always fired in the direction away from Isaac, and won't change while the effect is active.

Enemies receive a confusion status effect while under the effects of the item, and a short while after it ends.

When enemies slam into a wall, they take damage equal to 10% of their maximum HP, but no more than 5 damage, receive an additional confusion effect, and shake the screen. If this damage is enough to kill the enemy, or the enemy is killed by a Dip launching into it, a poop will be spawned on the death position.

The effect lasts for 2 seconds.

Each enemy affected by the laser will spawn 2-3 friendly dips over the effect's duration.

Some enemies will produce different types of poop on death, and different Dip variants: normal, red, corny, water, cursed, bee, flaming, poison, black, stone, holy, golden, rainbow, fly, spider, and demon. Friendly dips are also affected by the item, however they don't take damage upon slamming into a wall.

Beggars and slot machines that include beggars (e.g. Shell Game) are also affected, however they won't get pushed away from Isaac.

Dip enemies will instantly get converted into friendly Dips of the same variant.

Causes all other players to activate The Poop.

Mega Fatty, Cage, and Brownie will produce a poop laser twice as large, with 2x the range, and will spawn 2x the amount of Dips.

Enemies that have less than 9 maximum HP will only spawn 1 Dip.

Enemies that have 50 or more maximum HP will spawn 1 extra Dip.

The following enemies will spawn Blue Flies instead of Dips: Swarmer, Hive, Tainted Mulligan, Duke of Flies, Husk, and Dukie.

Friendly Dips and charmed enemies are invulnerable during the effect.

This item contributes towards the Oh Crap transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac the ability to heal half a heart by destroying poop piles.
