Penny Roll item
Penny Roll is a passive item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns the following:
• 
Penny
• 
Lucky Penny
• 
Cursed Penny
• 
Haunted Penny
• 
Honey Penny
• 
Golden Penny or 
Golden Cursed Penny (50/50 chance).
• A random trinket from the Penny Trinkets trinket pool.
Pennies that haven't been unlocked yet won't be spawned.
If Golem is present in the run, Ore Penny will be spawned instead of a random trinket.
