+5% chance to convert any heart drop into an Immoral Heart.

+10% chance to convert any bomb drop into a Copper Bomb.

Grants a 7.69% chance to replace the room clear reward with one of the following:
• 50% - Cursed Penny
• 13% - Copper Bomb
• 13% - Immoral Heart
• 13% - Spicy Key
• 10% - Dire Chest
• 1% - Copper Troll Bomb

Get a Cursed Penny to pay out with an explosion.
