Toy Camera item
Toy Camera is an active item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Holds a camera above Isaac's head. Using the shooting buttons will create a camera flash a short distance away in the chosen direction.
Enemies caught in the flash get inflicted with confusion for 4 seconds.
Can be used to extinguish fire places, even ones that require an explosion to do so.
If 4 or more enemies were caught in the flash, Cool Photo will be spawned. This can happen only once per room.
Any enemy projectiles and creep caught in the flash get instantly deleted.
If Isaac is caught in the flash, he will gain a large fire rate bonus for 4 seconds.
