The Middle Hand trinket
The Middle Hand is an unlockable trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants a 50% chance to turn any Chest or Locked Chest into a 
Dire Chest.
Can be created by having both The Left Hand and The Right Hand in the same room, or holding both at once. If either of them is a golden trinket, The Middle Hand created will also be golden.
How to unlock?
Convert a Red Chest into a Dire Chest (check the Dire Chest page), or create The Middle Hand.
