Ocular Spectrum is an unlockable active item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While heldGrants an eye satellite familiar that sits fixed in front of Isaac, in the direction Isaac is aiming.

The familiar shoots at the same time as Isaac, using the same fire rate as Isaac, and inherits Isaac's tear effects and certain weapon types.

Tears shot by the familiar deal 0.25x Isaac's damage.

Items that increase the number of tears shot will cause multiple of these familiars to appear.

It is the same familiar used by Inaba.

On useCan be used when not fully charged, as long as at least 1/5th full. Each use drains the charge meter completely.

Causes the familiar to spin around and rapidly shoot homing tears.

Defeat Delirium as Tainted Inaba.
