Increases luck to 4 on pickup.

When Isaac is about to take fatal damage and he has more than 0 luck, the damage is negated, and Isaac loses 4 luck.

When this happens, all enemy projectiles and creep are destroyed, and new ones are prevented from spawning for 4 seconds.

Upon activation, Isaac will regain +1 luck for every new room entered.

Get all completion marks on Hard Mode as Inaba.
