Penny Album is an active item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While heldPicking up any penny trinket will store it in the item, and Isaac will still gain its effects.

For the purposes of this item, any trinket with "penny" in its name is considered a penny trinket.

Any penny trinkets held prior to picking up the item will be automatically transferred, unless smelted.

Causes a Penny Press to spawn in the starting room of every future floor.

Any trinket spawned has a 25% chance of being converted into a random penny trinket.

On useDrops all stored penny trinkets to the ground.
