Lil Golem is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickupSpawns a random rock trinket.

While heldWill pick up and hold a single trinket off the ground, granting double its effects to Isaac.

Bombing the familiar will cause it to drop its trinket.

Mom's Box will further increase the power of the trinket held by the familiar.

Lil Golem will ignore trinkets with modifiers, e.g., golden or blasphemous trinkets.

Defeat Mom's Heart or It Lives! on Hard Mode as Golem.
