Spectral Keychain is an unlockable trinket in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Picking up a key will spawn a ghost familiar rather than giving keys to Isaac.

The ghost will automatically unlock the lock/door nearest to it before disappearing.

Also grants a 25% chance to spawn 2 ghosts upon picking up a key.

Every 7 ghosts will combine into one large ghost, which gradually reduces in size as it opens locks.

Complete a floor with Curse of the Gate!.
