Loose Filament is a trinket in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a Bulb familiar that starts attacking enemies after Isaac uses an active item.

The familiar deals contact damage equal to 1 + DamageStat × 0.5, 4.29 times per second.

The familiar remains active until X rooms have been cleared, where X is the number of charges the active item had.

Using an active item also shoots a laser between Isaac and the familiar, which deals damage equal to Isaac's damage.

Timed-charge active items will activate the familiar for a number of seconds equal to the time it takes to recharge the item.

One time use items will shoot a laser but will not activate the familiar.
