Steven Heart is an unlockable pickup in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants Isaac a Steven Heart that overlays existing hearts.

Steven Hearts will actively shoot multi-eucledian tears at enemies from the HUD itself.

The hearts will shoot 0.63 times per second, dealing 3.5 damage.

Overlaying different types of hearts will grant the tears different effects:
• Black Heart → x1.25 damage and a 20% chance to apply fear. This chance is goes up to 100% with 40 luck.
• Eternal Heart → x1.5 damage and x1.3 tear size.
• Bone Heart → scattering bone tear effect.
• Rotten Heart → 16.67% chance to spawn a Blue Fly.
• Immoral Heart → 4% chance to crit, dealing x5 damage.
• Morbid Heart → 10% chance to fire a tooth tear, dealing x3.2 damage.
• Leaky Heart → 33% chance to spawn damaging red creep when an enemy is hit.

Steven Hearts have a 0.2% chance of replacing a random heart drop, or a 2.86% if holding Steven's Box.

The hearts will not shoot during Curse of the Unknown!.

Obtain the Something From The Future achievement (unlock the Steven boss).
