Cursed Penny is a pickup in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants one of the following when picked up:

• 30%: +1¢
• 30%: -1¢
• 20%: +2¢
• 10%: -2¢, releases a fart that poisons enemies
• 5%: +1¢, +1 luck
• 2.5%: -1¢, makes Isaac explode, dealing half a heart of damage, and 40 damage to nearby enemies; unlock Evil Sticker
• 1.5%: +1¢, minor all stats up; unlock Fool's Gold Heart
• 1%: nothing

The all stats up reward grants the following:
+0.1 × CursedPennies ^ 0.5 speed
-1 × CursedPennies ^ 0.5 max fire delay
+0.05 damage (up to +10)
+0.5 range
+0.1 × CursedPennies ^ 0.5 shot speed
+0.5 luck
