The D5 is a familiar in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a hand familiar that can be picked up and thrown. It shows 1-5 fingers when landing, and these have different effects.

If thrown into an enemy, the hand will deal 1 damage.

The following effects are possible:
• 1 finger - spawns infinite-lasting water creep that deals damage equal to Isaac's DPS, 3 times per second.
• 2 fingers - the hand starts glowing, and will double the damage dealt by the next effect. This can double multiple times.
• 3 fingers - shoots out 3 tears in a triangular pattern, each dealing 1.5x Isaac's DPS. The tears have a 4% chance to be critical and deal 5x damage.
• 4 fingers - shoots out 4 flames in the cardinal directions that deal Isaac's DPS / 1.9 damage. They last for 8.33 seconds.
• 5 fingers - shoots out 5 tears in a spread that deal 0.75x Isaac's DPS and have the Bruised effect.
