Triangular Gem is a rock trinket in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

For every 3rd hit on the same enemy, there is a 33% chance to spawn 3 orbiting spectral tears around it that deal 1.33x Isaac's damage and inherit Isaac's tear effects.

The tears behave like orbitals attached to the enemy itself. They take ~12 seconds to fall to the ground.

The following special synergies and interactions for Triangular Gem have been documented.
