Sisyphean Boulder is an unlockable trinket in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

-0.1 speed.

Grants a boulder that is attached to and moves with Isaac.

The boulder deals 2 contact damage per tick (60 per second) and can block projectiles.

For each enemy killed with the boulder, it becomes larger, and its damage is increased by +0.2, while Isaac's speed is decreased, down to -0.3.

The effects maximize at 15 kills and are reset when leaving the room.

In addition to Isaac's speed being lower, he will additionally be slowed down when moving the boulder from one side to another.
