Tainted Golem is an unlockable character in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Has all the characteristics of Golem, with some unique additions.

Cannot have Red Heart containers. Any item that gives Red Heart containers will grant a Soul Heart instead.

Items spawned in a Treasure Room are replaced with random Rock Trinkets.

A random Mixed Pebble and a Rock Pebble also spawn when clearing a Boss Room. The boss itself will drop a random Rock Trinket.

The Boss Challenge Room will always contain a random Rock Pebble.

Upon taking damage, Tainted Golem has a 0.5% chance of dropping one of his trinkets, including smelted ones, or a random item.

If a trinket is dropped, it has a 1/3 chance of being destroyed. If an item is dropped, it is permanently lost.

Items with the quest tag cannot be dropped.

The drop chance is reduced by 60% when this happens, and is reset when entering a new floor.

The following Rock Trinkets cannot appear for Tainted Golem:
• Rebar Rock
• Rock Cake
• Health Geode
• Knife Pebble
• Teardrop Pebble
• Arrow Pebble
• Clover Pebble
• Shoe Pebble
• Fruity Pebble

During Greed Mode, the Silver Treasure Room will always contain one of the Rock Pebbles listed above and a random Mixed Pebble.

Open up the hidden Red Door in the Home level as Golem.
