Juno? is a passive item in Furtherance, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+2 Soul Hearts.

Adds a chance to shoot a bright orange tear which locks hit enemies in place for 2 seconds, similar to the effect used by Anima Sola.

The chance to fire this tear scales with luck, starting at 3% with 0 luck, going up to 25% at 11 luck.

The following formula is used for calculating the chance:
• deltaX = MaxLuck - MinLuck
• Chance = ((MaxChance - MinChance) / deltaX) * LuckStat + (MaxLuck * MinChance - MinLuck * MaxChance) / deltaX
