Permanent minimum tear size.

Grants spectral tears.

Adds a chance for tears to split into 4 weaker, shorter range tears when landing, like Cricket's Body.

The chance to trigger this effect scales with luck, starting at 10% with 0 luck, going up to 100% with 10 luck.

The following formula is used for calculating the chance:
• deltaX = MaxLuck - MinLuck
• Chance = ((MaxChance - MinChance) / deltaX) * LuckStat + (MaxLuck * MinChance - MinLuck * MaxChance) / deltaX
