Unstable Core item
Unstable Core is a passive item in Furtherance, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Using an active item causes enemies very close to Isaac to become burned.
The burn deals 5 damage each second.
Length of the burn effect scales with the number of charges of the active item.
