While held +1 Empty Heart Container.
-20% size.

Every 6th time Isaac takes damage, activates the effects of Power Pill!.

While Power Pill! is active • Contact damage is 15 + Isaac's Damage.
• Reduces cooldown for damaging enemies based on how many empty Red Heart Containers Isaac has.
• Adds a 6% chance to grant an empty Red Heart Container when killing an enemy.
