Cardiomyopathy is a passive item in Furtherance, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Picking up Hearts has a 33% chance to grant brief invincibility.

Invincibility lasts 1 second for each half a heart it would grant.

Additionally adds a 1% chance upon heart pickup to grant +1 Red Heart.

The chance to get a red heart scales with luck, using the formula: LuckStat / 20, starting at 1% with 0 luck, going up to 20% at 20 luck.

Converts all Bone Hearts into Red Hearts.
