Book of Madness item
Book of Madness is an active item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Cannot appear naturally. Only appears by replacing any newly spawned book item with a 2.5% chance.
While held -3 luck.
Slightly distorts the screen and background music, similar to Wavy Cap.
Automatically consumes A Missing Page and permanently grant its effect.
Upon entering a new room for the first time, acquires corresponding item wisps or locusts from each item in the room, then replaces these items with Missing Page 2.
Upon taking lethal damage, Isaac will consume the item, explodes and drops lots of pickups or items, then revives with half a heart in the same room.
On useTriggers the effects of The Necronomicon and spawns A Missing Page.
