Dusky Grinder is a consumable in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

For the next 3 use of active items, they also spawn 3-9 random temporary familiars.

Holding the button that uses the card will instead set it up as a trap.

When the trap is triggered, it turns all enemies nearby into Level 2 Gapers. These Level 2 Gapers spawns 6 blue spiders upon death, these blue spiders deal additional 40 damage when they collide with an enemy.

Cannot be set up as trap if mimicked.
