Dusky Undead is a consumable in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Transforms all hearts in the room into Rotten Hearts (2/3 chance) or Bone Hearts (1/3 chance).

Each heart Transformed this way has a 56% chance to be replaced by a Gaper.

Holding the button that uses the card will instead set it up as a trap.

When the trap is triggered, it turns all non-boss enemies nearby into Gapers.

Cannot be set up as trap if mimicked.
