Dusky Frost is a consumable in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns 1-3 Blended Heart(s).

Continuously applies Slowness to Isaac until next room is cleared.

Holding the button that uses the card will instead set it up as a trap.

When the trap is triggered, Petrifies all enemies nearby for 5 seconds and causes them to freeze on death.

Cannot be set up as trap if mimicked.
