Ex Nihilo item
Ex Nihilo is an active item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Costs 10¢, 5 bombs and 5 keys to use and activate.
On use +1 Broken Heart
Once activated, Isaac can spawn a new item on empty pedestals by touching them.
The new item will be pulled from current room's item pool.
Activation effect lasts for current room, and only takes effect once per activation.
