Anti-Pestilence Medicine is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Refills 3 red heart containers.
Pestilence and Ultra Pestilence takes 200% damage from Isaac's attacks.
Grants a luck-based chance to shoot purple tears that permanently weaken enemies, similar to XI - Strength?.
The chance to fire purple tears scales with luck, starting at 6.25% with 0 luck, going up to 12.5% with 16 luck.
