Identify Wand item
Identify Wand is an active item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Rerolls the pill held by Isaac, then attempt to identify its effect.
Has a chance to affect pills that are already identified by replacing old pill effect with a new one.
Has a 10% to turn rerolled pill into horse pill.
