Exotic Butters is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickupDrop all non-pocket active items onto a pedestal.

While heldPicking up any active item will immediately trigger its effects, then it is put in one-time use active slot.

Items in one-time use active slot persists between rooms.

Butter! has a 5% chance to replace red heart and soul heart pickups.

Butter! is instantly gulped upon pickup, with extra effects:
+1 Broken Heart (32% chance).
+2 Rotten Hearts.
Exceeding Rotten Hearts are turned into Black Hearts.
Damage up for current floor.

When holding Exotic Butters and Spoon Bender, loses them and spawns No Choice.
