Regulus item
Regulus is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
If Isaac has at least one heart container
Clearing a room with full health grants an empty heart container.
Isaac can only have 1 empty heart container at a time.
Else
Clearing a room has a chance to add a soul heart on room clear, the chance is higher with less hearts.
Isaac cannot have half a soul heart (non-lethal).
