Alhena is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Spawns a motorcade consisting of 1 big car and 3 small cars. These car familiars continuesly ram at enemies, destroying any projectile and obstacle that gets in their way. Ramming deals BaseContactDamage + MoveSpeed / 3 damage to enemies and knocks them back.
Big cars has 50% more health than small cars.
For small cars, Isaac can hold the drop button to pick them up, then throw them with fire buttons.
For big cars, Isaac can drive them by holding drop button. While driving, hold the active item button to ram, hold the consumable button to use car horn, and hold the drop button to leave.
Each car familiar has limited health and will break down upon taking enough damage. Broken cars are no longer functional and they cannot block any damage.
When a broken car is thrown, it will be completely destroyed in an explosion upon landing, dealing 25 damage.
Upon entering a new floor, all car familiars are fixed and the motorcade will be resupplied with new car familiars.
Asides from size, cars familiars can spawn in with 3 different variants. The stats of each variant used for small cars are as follows:
• Normal: 60% chance to spawn, 12.5 health, 3 base contact damage, takes ~0.73 seconds to ram. It is the most basic car variant.
• Elite: 30% chance to spawn, 10 health, 6 base contact damage, takes ~0.33 seconds to ram. It always deal contact damage, but immediately explodes if it is broken.
• Super: 10% chance to spawn, Invincible, 3 base contact damage, unlimited ramming. It always deals contact damage, but disappears after clearing 3 rooms (or 5 rooms if it is a big car).
