Runic Cap item
Runic Cap is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickup +2 Soul Hearts.
Spawns a Rune Shard.
While held Grants Curse of the Unknown! permanently.
Reduces all enemies' maximum health to 1.
Spawns a Rune Shard every 3 rooms.
Using Rune Shard sets HP to 1 for all enemies around Isaac. For bosses and minibosses, they lose 80 HP instead.
