Pencil Dice item
Pencil Dice is an active item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Rerolls every item in the current room into another item drawn from one the following item pools:
Shell Game
Golden Chest
Red Chest
Beggar
Demon Beggar
Key Master
Battery Bum
Mom's Chest
Crane Game
Bomb Bum
Old Chest
Baby Shop
Wooden Chest
Rotten Beggar

Spawn a pencil wisp in the middle ring that has 6 HP and shorter tear delay.
Tears fired by the wisp has higher shot speed but only deals 0.5 damag. It triggers the effect of  D10 when destroyed.
