Delightful Personality is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Reduces price by 2¢ for all items that can be purchased with money.
Buying anything with money has a 20% chance to make it free of charge.
Taking a devil deal has a 30% chance to add a soul heart.
