Samwich.hex is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickup Grants Isaac a random type of heart.

While held1% chance to spawn a food item upon destroying a poop.

All food items are consumed upon pickup, but their on-pickup effects are still applied as usual.

Each consumed item spawns 1-2 rare pickups, and permanently increase familiars' starting health and make them act faster.
