Autism is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

-0.15 speed.

Creates a black aura around Isaac that slows down enemy shots and inflicts Enclosure to enemies.

The size of black aura scales with luck, it reaches minimun size with 0 luck.

If Isaac is affected by Fear, the black aura temporarily disappears until the effect ends.

Enemies affected by Enclosure will attempt to attack themselves, some projectiles fired by them are able to harm enemies, and they can only inflict Fear instead of dealing damage to other entities.
