Leap of Horse is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+0.15 speed.

Tears fired by Isaac have a 15% chance to leap and bounce on top of the enemy it hits. This chance is not affected by luck.

Each tear can bounce up to 1 + (RangeStat / 2) times (rounded down), dealing Isaac's damage and triggers any on-impact effects it has with each bounce.

If the enemy is killed while bouncing, these tears will leap toward other enemies and bounce on them instead. They also has a 25% chance to leap with each bounce.
